Help For Buyers

Here are Frequently Asked Questions from Buyers:

1.  Do I need a lawyer to buy a house in Massachusetts?  If you are getting a mortgage, the answer is definitely yes.  In fact, it is required by State Law.

2. What if I am not getting a mortgage?  A Massachusetts Cash Buyer should certainly hire an attorney.

3.  I just got an offer accepted?  Do I need a separate lawyer to represent me as a buyer if the bank is making me pay for their attorney?  The answer is not necessarily.   We can represent both buyer and the lender in a dual representation capacity.
