Kelly E. Barden, Esq.

Kelly E. Barden, Esq. is a seasoned real estate attorney with a passion for real estate law and a proven track record of success. She grew up in Quincy, MA graduating from North Quincy High School. She continued her education at Lasell University in Newton, MA, where she excelled and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. It was during this time that she honed her analytical skills and developed a keen understanding of financial matters, which would later prove invaluable in her legal career.

Always having a love for the area of law, Kelly attended Mass School of Law in Andover for law school. During her time in law school, Kelly interned with a bankruptcy attorney and also gained practical experience as an intern at Spillane Law Offices, dedicating one semester to working in the litigation department.

After her admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2013, Kelly joined Spillane Law Offices in Hanover as a real estate attorney. Over the years, she has become a trusted advisor for countless clients, successfully guiding them through thousands of closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders. Kelly’s meticulous attention to detail, legal expertise, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients have earned her a reputation as a top-notch attorney in the field.

Kelly was named a partner at SKB Attorneys in September 2017. Her dedication to excellence and her commitment to providing exceptional legal services were instrumental in the firm’s success. As a partner, she began to expand her knowledge of the legal field to include estate planning and probate practice.

She and her husband, Issa currently reside in Whitman, MA.
